Dominics staff is trained to the highest standards and it is their professionalism that ensures your event runs smoothly and efficiently. We carefully select our Staff for your function and specific requirements, based on experience, skill and a genuine desire to service people.
Chef Staff
Professionally trained Chefs available at a rate of $50.00 per hour.
A minimum of 3 hours service and depending on your location travel time will be charged if outside of metropolitan area.
Wait Staff
Wait Staff available at a rate of $30.00 per hour
A minimum of 3 hours service for Cocktail & Canapé Events and depending on your function location travel time will be charged if outside of metropolitan area.
A minimum of 5 hours service for Buffet & Formal Events and depending on your function location travel time will be charged if outside of metropolitan area.
Bar Staff
Certified RSA Bar Staff available at a rate of $40.00 per hour
A minimum of 5 hours service and depending on your function location travel time will be charged if outside of metropolitan area.
